About Us

Founded in 2010 September and based in Kerala, India, “Dr. Seetha’s Niramaya Ayurgramam” is a trusted Ayurvedic center which provides exceptional treatment facilities around the world. Dr. Seetha Chandran is the founder and chief physician of this endeavor. We are unapologetic in our service quality and ethical values. Treatment is not all about treating a patient merely for a particular illness. It’s a holistic approach that takes into account the individual’s mental and physical faculties, tracing the root cause of the disease and preventing relapse. Smriti Meditation being the heart of Niramaya Ayurgramam, is mainly focused on psychosomatic & psychiatric disorders.

Mental health is an important component of health. There is an upsurge in mental health issues in the present era of altered lifestyles, nuclear families, over and above more individualized thinking. COVID-19 pandemic has added anxiety and fear to it. At this juncture, the novel approach ‘SMRITI MEDITATION’ through which a pleasant mind is restored has a crucial role. I am sure that the initiative " Niramaya Ayurgramam" will go a long way and public at large will be benefited. I appreciate and wish Dr. Seetha Chandran a grand success.

One may not have thought much about the unique ways stress manifests physically as a psychosomatic disease. How an individual reacts and copes with it varies significantly. While it sounds like a complicated undertaking, there are actually some effective measures in Ayurveda like Smriti Meditation. I am pleased to see "Smriti Meditation" as the heart of Dr Seetha's Niramaya Ayurgramam & confident that this venture of Dr Seetha will be a great solution for such problems in the coming decades. Her inimitable professional approach knows no age bracket and I am immensely pleased to recommend this endowment.

Prof. (Dr) K V DILIP KUMAR

Emeritus Professor, Peoples friendship university of Russia, Moscow

Mounting evidence for the role of the mind in disease manifestation and therapeutic aspect is leading to a greater acceptance in the past three decades. A lot of progress has been made in incorporating mind–body medicine into medical schools' curricula of few countries, but we've still got a long way to go. An average doctor does not prescribe meditation, breathing exercises or yoga, and this needs to changed. Smriti Meditation can bring out the powerful energy with in one’s deep consciousness, helping to heal oneself. Iam happy that she is focusing to blend Smriti Meditation & Ayurvedic treatments. Which again helps in a rapid healing process. I am sure that this endeavour will create a great impact on public health globally and I take this opportunity to wish Dr. Seetha and her venture a great success.

Memory

Homage to Late Prof (Dr) Prakash Mangalasseri

Guidance, friendship, discipline, trust & love, this was my mentor, the man who shaped my perspective. I have never met someone as equally impressive, smart and grounded. While we were brought together for academic interaction, I soon began to learn from his views and his wealth of knowledge, which laid my foundation. Remembering you for always inspiring me to do the best and for showing me the way.
